Born and raised in the Sierra foothills, just outside of Yosemite national park. I began working at the prestigious Ahwahnee Hotel just after high school. With a background primarily focused on art and outdoor activities in my youth.
Nearly 20 years in the industry has helped me to develop a unique business, catered to every client, taste or need. Drawing motivation in my dishes from personal connections throughout California and the greater culinary world, I strive to bring fine dining flavors to you.
