Lindsey Eilts has been cooking for the public for over 15 years. Her favorite experiences have been cooking for groups in the High Sierra backcountry over the open fire with Dutch ovens. Food “made from scratch”, ethically-raised meats, and fresh from the garden have always been a priority. At home, Lindsey cooks for wellness with super garden salads, homemade sprouted nut milks, homemade yogurt, fermented vegetables, healing herbal teas, etc... From good old sourdough bread to medicinal food preparation, it’s your choice!
